Julie Chrzan

A classically trained ballet dancer from South Louisiana, Julie earned her undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University before beginning a career in computer forensics and electronic discovery. Her 10 year career in that field began in Washington D.C. and culminated in the position of Vice President of Stroz Friedberg's Boston office. She later transitioned her passion for movement into a teaching career, with certifications in Barre and Gyrotonic Method, teaching at studios including Motion Study, Exhale Spa, Equinox and Pure Barre (Washington D.C.) Known for her energetic, detail-oriented teaching style, Julie loves helping people build strength, mobility, confidence and resilience through movement. 

 

She is also a co-founder, along with her husband, and treasurer of The Intricate Knot Foundation, a non-profit focused on supporting people affected by autism and advancing understanding of autism spectrum disorder.
