With over 12 years of experience teaching group fitness, Chrissy Snyder leads a class that is challenging and fun. Chrissy specializes in balancing strength and flexibility with a yoga practice that is challenging and playful.
As a 6x Boston Marathon runner, Chrissy has found that, even on the barre and yoga mat, with every uphill there is a down hill.
Without taking herself too seriously Chrissy invites you to do the same and take the journey of self exploration and endless possibilities.
